Founding partner · Five seats
Five owners get Kwan built with them. Not sold to them. Built.
Kwan is a blueprint, not a product on a shelf. Nothing in it exists for you to buy today. Five founding partners get it built with them, outlet by outlet, across the first six months.
You bring the venue and the mess. We bring the operating record and the build. What you shape in those six months is what every venue after you inherits. Built with you.
The Kwan founding-partner offer gives five Ghana restaurant or bar owners the system built with them over the first six months, fitted to their own market runs, pots, tabs and outlets. A founding partner commits a real trading venue, time in the early weeks, and honest numbers. In return they get the record fitted to their venue, a direct line to the builders, an operating record they own, and founding terms while Kwan is small. Pricing is not on this site.
The build
What built with you actually means.
Some of Kwan exists the day you start. Some of it is built through the six months, with you, against your venue. A founding partner signs up to shape it, not to switch it on.
The work runs outlet by outlet. Your market run, your pots, your bar, your cockpit. Each one built against how the venue already runs, then hardened until the record holds through a full month and a real argument.
When the six months close, the thing you helped shape is what every venue after you inherits. That is the founding part. You are not buying a finished product. You are setting the shape of it.
Your side
What a founding partner brings.
What you commit
A real venue, running
A kitchen or a bar in Ghana that actually trades. Kwan is built against your market runs and your bar, not a demo.
Time in the first weeks
An owner or a manager who sits with the build. The record only fits if the person who knows the venue shapes it.
Your own numbers, honestly
The market prices you actually pay. The counts as they really fall. The build is only as true as what you put in front of it.
Patience with a blueprint
Some of what you get exists on day one. Some is built through the six months with you. You are signing up to shape it, not to turn a key.
Our side
What a founding partner gets.
What you get
It fitted to your venue
Fitted around how your outlet already runs, from the tab to the cockpit. Not a template you bend yourself into.
A direct line to the builders
You talk to the people building it, not a support queue. The thing you flag on a Tuesday goes into the build, not a backlog.
The record you own
When the six months close you hold an operating record that fits your kitchen and your bar. It is yours, it stays inside your operation, and it is never pooled or sold.
Founding terms, while it is small
The reason to be early is the access and the shaping, not a number on a page. Those terms compress as Kwan grows.
What we do not claim
Kwan will not pretend to fix everything.
Kwan is the operating record under your kitchen and bar. It is not a booking system, not a reservations desk, not hotel software. It does not run your payroll, sell you hardware, or plug into a supplier marketplace. It does not watch your staff in real time, and it never will. That is not the promise.
Some things come later, not now. Menu engineering that sorts your dishes into the ones that carry you and the ones that drag. Price suggestions a human still has to approve. Deeper anti-theft analytics. That is the road ahead, built once the record underneath is solid, not sold to you today.
What Kwan builds with you in the six months is the honest list. The market run, the pot, the tab, the blind count, the variance, the cockpit. Everything on this site is that list, and nothing else.
